Idamay is a conceptual artist and engineer whose practice examines human relationships and behavioral patterns within the conditions of contemporary capitalism. Their work critically engages with individualism while exploring possibilities for cooperation, care, and collective responsibility within social structures. Drawing from both artistic practice and research across the natural and social sciences, Idamay investigates how lived experience, vulnerability, and personal histories shape human interaction, as well as how communities confront conflict, accountability, and transformation. Their projects take form through a wide range of media, including mixed media, printmaking, drawing, photography, video art, extended reality, digital art, public art, performance, spoken word and installation.

Idamay prefers to keep a low profile regarding their identity.
